Here you will find information about the Proven Bad Sellers. The information you read here is confirmed information that will stand up to all scrutiny. Our investigative team have compiled and verified the information to assist those who have been ripped off by these people, and to educate others about the methods used for future reference and consumer caution. While there are many other bad sellers we have identified (such as in The Good, The Bad and the Ugly, and also in Bad Sellers in the Dining Room), the listings in this area (Proven Bad Sellers) are where we have proven way beyond all reasonable doubt a bad seller, and we have confirmed Identity and contact information. You will also find that the activities of some of the Sellers listed here have demonstrated actions that edge on, if not are actual criminal acts.
The BaySideDiner have identified well over 100 bad sellers. Information of those can be found throughout the forum.
This area is READ ONLY, and can only be added to or updated by Administration of The Bay Side Diner.

Found something you like in an on-line auction? A new seller? Not sure how to understand the sellers feedback? Seller not offering Pay-Pal? Is it safe to by that item?
In this forum area, you may ask about an item and the seller, and we will endeavour to offer learned opinions for you to consider before you commit to by. While offering opinions and observations, the decision to buy remains yours alone. For new buyers, you may find this more than helpful in assisting in your decision on bidding or buying.

Here you can discuss the problems with an Australian on-line auction site and suggestions how they could improve. The object is not to rub noses in the mud, but to provide credible information and constructive criticism.
